David C. Hilliard is a Senior Partner of Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson LLP, an intellectual property law firm located in Chicago. He is a coauthor of Trademarks and Unfair Competition (8th edition 2010) and a treatise, Trademarks and Unfair Competition (5th edition 2011). He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
