David C. Hilliard is a Senior Partner of Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson, an intellectual property law firm located in Chicago. He is coauthor of Trademarks and Unfair Competition (7th edition 2008) and Trademarks and Unfair Competition Deskbook (3rd edition 2007). He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
