Richard F. Friedman
Richard F. Friedman is a graduate of the Law School and is currently a partner with Neal & Leroy, LLC, Chicago. His practice is land use, municipal law and litigation, concentrating in eminent domain, zoning and historic preservation. He has been responsible for the preparation and presentation of more than one hundred appeals in state and federal courts. Mr. Friedman is active in the historic preservation movement and serves as a board director and general counsel to Landmarks Illinois. Mr. Friedman has taught the land use seminar at the Law School and now teaches the historic preservation law seminar.
