Erin Casey

Erin Casey is a principal in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group at the law firm of Goldberg Kohn Ltd. She represents lenders in all aspects of corporate bankruptcy cases and commercial workouts throughout the country, as well as in the documentation of asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions. Ms. Casey is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and the Real Estate Finance Forum. She was selected for inclusion on the 2011 Illinois Rising Stars list, appearing in Super Lawyers and Chicago magazines. Ms. Casey is a frequent writer and speaker on bankruptcy and commercial finance issues. She received her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2002 and her B.A., with honors, in economics, from the University of Chicago in 1999.
