Elizabeth S. Duquette

Lecturer in Law

Elizabeth S. Duquette teaches Advanced Legal Writing as well as Writing and Research in the US Legal System.

Previously she has taught European Union law at the Law School, Northwestern University, and DePaul University; evidence at DePaul and Pepperdine-London; and American trial law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität-Frankfurt.

She received her AB from Stanford University, her JD from the University of Southern California, and her LLM with merit from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

After law school, she clerked for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She also has worked for Lord, Bissell & Brook in Chicago; Pünder, Volhard, Weber & Axster in Frankfurt; and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in London.
