Alan D'Ambrosio is a partner of the law firm DLA Piper and is based in the New York office. His practice focuses on international corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international arbitrations. He devotes significant time to client matters in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
For more than 30 years, Mr. D'Ambrosio has acted as principal counsel to major corporations and governmental institutions and (i) negotiated and structured complex business transactions in various geographies, (ii) handled international mergers and acquisitions and multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate matters, including trade and infrastructure finance, sovereign debt, complex intellectual property, and information technology matters (including outsourcing); and (iii) multinational litigation and arbitration matters.
Mr. Alan D'Ambrosio has been recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers US and other national and international groups. He has also been the recipient of significant international recognition and has been decorated by the Republic of Italy.
He is admitted to practice before various United States District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
