He also is a member of the faculty of the University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Cohen was awarded the 2007 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Public Justice Foundation (he was a finalist for the award in 2006). He is the former Chairman of Goldberg Kohn's Technology Committee, and he has particular expertise in e-discovery issues. He is currently a member of Goldberg Kohn's Management and Compensation Committees. Mr. Cohen is a member of the governing board of the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law and the Public Interest Law Initiative.
