Hannah Berkowitz

Hannah Berkowitz is a civil litigator with extensive experience defending financial institutions in high profile litigation, first as an associate at a large New York law firm, and later as head of litigation at a major financial institution. She has held officer positions in securities industry associations, including chair of the amicus committee which has submitted numerous amicus briefs to the United States Supreme Court, and is a frequent speaker on panels on topics such as ethics, directors and officers insurance, securities litigation and regulation. Currently, she is a senior member of the legal department at Mastercard Worldwide where she oversees legal support for the international business, litigation, regulatory and public policy.
