Adam Badawi
Adam Badawi earned BA, JD, and PhD degrees from the University of California at Berkeley. He graduated from law school Order of the Coif and was a member of the California Law Review. From 2004-05, he clerked for the Hon. Michael W. McConnell of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. After clerking, he practiced as a litigator for two and a half years in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. His research and teaching interests focus on contracts and commercial law with an emphasis on contract theory and empirical investigations of contract content and practice.
