Wellness Wednesday: Introduction to Tai Chi
Join instructor Ed Gierut for an introduction to tai chi, an ancient Chinese tradition that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi is often used for stress reducution, and includes gentle stretching. Sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Students.
