Rudy Nimocks, Director of Community Partnerships at the University of Chicago and former Chicago Police Chief, Herschella Conyers, Clinical Professor: Criminal and Juvenile Justice Project, and Ulysses Floyd, former Chicago gang member, will address the impact gang activity has on criminal justice in the south side of Chicago.
