Criminal Law Society presents Public Defender Brownbag Series: Fellowship Panel

Panelists will discuss their fellowship experiences and their advice on preparing and applying for a fellowship. They will share how their fellowships have prepared them for criminal defense-related work and will highlight opportunities for internships, jobs, and fellowships at the organizations they have worked for.

About the panelists:

·        Dominique Nong (UChicago Law ’09): Former Fellow at Southern Poverty Law Center (2010); Current Fellow at Northwestern Law School’s Clinic

·        Rebecca Kaiser (UChicago Law ’11), Current Law School Post-Graduate Public Interest Law Fellow at Cabrini Green Legal Aid in Chicago

·        Prof. Alison Siegler, Former Prettyman Fellow at Georgetown Law Center’s Criminal Justice Clinic (2000-2002)

We very much hope that you will be able to join us! Lunch will be provided by the Criminal Law Society (with priority to students who have attended past PD lunch events!). Drinks will be provided by OCS. Attendance at this event qualifies for 10 Keystone points.
