Winter Wellness Program: Meditation

What exactly is meditation?  How can it help you to be a better student and a better lawyer?  Come join Meredith Haggerty for a session on meditation and learn how practicing meditation can increase calmness and physical relaxation, improve psychological balance, and enhance overall health and well-being.  Sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Students.
