Think you don't have time to work out?  Think you need to go to a gym to get the most from a work out?  Think again!  Join 3L Miles Chan for a 30-minute workout that can be done at home and with minimal equipment.  Please dress comfortably and come ready to burn lots of calories.  Sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Students.
