Religion, Law, and Politics
This seminar examines the conceptualization and realization of religious liberty and the separation of church and state. We explore philosophical precepts and historical contexts, review the state of the law, and address current controversial issues. There are no prerequisites. Grades are based on a paper and class participation.Spring 2013Sylvia Neil
