First Year Courses

All first-year students at the Law School take the following courses: Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, Elements of the Law, Property, Torts, and Legal Research and Writing. In addition, they may take one elective from an announced list. The Bigelow Section Assignments will tell you which sections you are in.
