Roundup: Update on Prof. Futterman's Intervention in City's Attempt to Vacate Abbate Verdict
Judge Amy St. Eve has given Clinical Prof. Craig Futterman and Northwestern's Locke Bowman until Tuesday to submit their arguments in support of the motion they filed on Thursday to prevent the city of Chicago from being able to vacate a jury's finding that there exists a "code of silence" to protect abusive officers within the Chicago Police Department.
