Charges Against Exoneration Project Client Dismissed in Daley Center Rape Case

Carl Chatman, who had been sentenced to 30 years (and served 11) after being accused and convicted of a 2002 rape at Chicago's Daley Center, has been released after prosecutors dismissed the charges against him.
