Stephen Ware is the author of two books, nearly 40 law review articles and many other publications. His writings have been cited by the Supreme Court of the United States and in at least 28 other federal and state cases.

Chief Justice Robert P. Young, "The Common Law"

Robert P. Young Jr. is the Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court. He attended both Harvard College and Harvard Law School. He was first appointed to the Michigan Supreme Court in 1999, elected in 2000 and 2002, and again won reelection in 2010 for a term ending in 2019.
