Paul Smith, "The Current Status of Litigation to Promote LGBT Rights"

Mr. Smith is a partner at Jenner & Block's DC office, a member of the firm's governing Policy Committe, and the recipient of the ABA Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities' 2010 Thurgood Marshall Award in recognition of his work promoting LGBT rights, voting rights, and the freedom of speech.
