Women's Mentoring Program 2008-09

Thank you for offering to be a mentor to a first-year student over the coming academic year. The form below helps us pair mentors with the 1L women, so please be as detailed as possible. The 1L women will have the opportunity to view all survey responses to select their top choices. The Women's Mentoring Program Board will match each 1L with her mentor. Only after students are matched with their mentor will your contact information (name, employer, phone number and email address) be provided to the student. Your mentee will be in touch with you in October to introduce herself.

If you have any questions, please contact Maureen McCarthy, with the Office of External Affairs, at mmccarthy@uchicago.edu.

 Thank you!
