McAleenan as the Deputy Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). McAleenan is an innovative, dynamic, and mission-driven leader with more than 20 years of border security, legal, and international experience.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Alaska is pleased to announce that Joshua Decker is its new executive director. He began his new leadership role on March 6, 2014; he was the interim executive director since May 2013, and was the ACLU of Alaska's staff attorney since November 2011.

WASHINGTON, DC – Fannie Mae (FNMA/OTC) announced today it has appointed Brian P. Brooks, 45, as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary effective November 10. Brooks joins Fannie Mae from OneWest Bank where he was vice chairman and chief legal officer.

Robert H. Sitkoff, '99, the John L. Gray Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, has been named Chair of the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) drafting committee for an Act on Divided Trusteeship.
