Todd M. Young '83 Named to Management Committee of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP

The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announces that Todd M. Young and Peter D. Sullivan have been appointed to the firm’s Management Committee. The seven-member Management Committee is Hinshaw’s highest governing body.

Mr. Young serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and was previously a co-leader of Hinshaw’s Commercial Transactions Practice Group. He also chairs Hinshaw’s GLBT Affinity Group. Mr. Young focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, loan and financing transactions, and contract negotiation. His financing work includes a particular focus on representing lenders in ESOP loan transactions. In those transactions he has represented lenders in both stand-alone and syndicated loan transactions with aggregate loan amounts ranging from $20 million to $150 million. Mr. Young earned his J.D. (1983) from the University of Chicago Law School and his A.B. (1980) from Dartmouth College, graduating cum laude.
