He represents manufacturers, utilities, small businesses, trade associations, and public-sector clients with regard to the Clean Air Act and other environmental matters. His practice includes permitting, administrative rulemaking, adjudications and appeals, and appellate and trial court environmental litigation.

Peter Langrock was honored in June at the Best Lawyers 25 anniversary event in Atlanta.

Langrock is among 1,395 lawyers from across the country who have been continuously listed in Best Lawyers. In addition to founding Langrock Sperry & Wool 49 years ago, he is known for his extensive involvement in the community.

U.S. Senator Dick Durbin announced the formation of three bipartisan screening committees to assist in selecting Federal District Court Judges, U.S. Attorneys, and U.S. Marshals for the State of Illinois. Abner Mikva will chair the Northern District Screening Panel.
