Douglas Fuchs was promoted to partner by Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. A former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California who served as Deputy Chief of the Major Frauds Section, Fuchs represents corporations and individuals in white collar criminal, SEC and other regulatory enforcement matters and related civil litigation. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Cynthia Holcomb Hall, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Fuchs graduated cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School in 1992, where he was a member of the Law Review.
