John M. Olin prize in law and economics: Established in 1986, this award is given to the outstanding graduating law student in law and economics in the opinion of the Law and Economics Faculty. The recipient will express, through his other work, a dedication to outstanding scholarship and a broad understanding of the functioning of legal and economic institutions, together with historic contributions to human liberty and progress. The winner of the Prize in 2007 is Alexander P. Robbins.
